FAQs

Questions, answered.

Can’t find what you’re looking for? Call or message us and we’ll be glad to help.

No. You can book directly with us. If you have reports, X-rays, MRI scans or a referral note, please bring them along as they help us understand your condition better.

Your first visit is an unhurried, detailed assessment. We talk through your concern, medical history and daily routine, then assess your posture, movement, strength and flexibility. You leave with a clear explanation of what’s going on and a personalised treatment plan.

The first assessment usually takes around 45–60 minutes. Follow-up sessions typically last 30–45 minutes, depending on your treatment plan.

It depends on your condition, how long you’ve had it and how your body responds. Many people notice improvement within the first few sessions. After your assessment, we’ll give you an honest estimate and review your progress regularly.

Wear comfortable, loose clothing that lets you move freely and allows easy access to the area being treated, for example shorts for knee problems or a loose top for shoulder or neck concerns.

Physiotherapy shouldn’t be painful. Some techniques or exercises may feel mildly uncomfortable, and you may feel a little sore after early sessions, but we always work within your comfort level and adjust treatment based on how you feel.

Yes. Home visits are available in select areas of South and Central Mumbai, ideal for post-surgery recovery, elderly patients or anyone with limited mobility. Just choose “Home Visit” while booking and we’ll confirm availability.

We’re open from 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM, every day of the week, including weekends, so early-morning and evening appointments are available for working professionals. Book online or message us on WhatsApp to find a time that suits you.

Book online in a few quick steps by choosing a clinic or home visit, your concern and a preferred date, or call or WhatsApp us on +91 83695 79928. The clinic will confirm your appointment time.
