Hands-on, specialised care

Advanced Manual Therapies.

Visceral Manipulation, Fascial Manipulation and Craniosacral Therapy, delivered by a clinician trained in each. These techniques are gentle, precise and hands-on. They are offered alongside a full assessment and are chosen only when they suit your needs. We describe each in plain language and make no promises of cure.

Three specialised approaches.

How a session works

Your visit, step by step.

  1. 01

    Assessment first

We start with your story and a physical assessment, so the technique has a clear reason.

  2. 02

    Gentle technique

Light, specific hands-on work, adjusted to how your body responds.

  3. 03

    Check in

We ask how you feel throughout and change course if needed.

  4. 04

    Next steps

Simple guidance on movement and self-care between visits.
