About the clinic

Care that starts with a conversation.

The Posture Perfect is a physiotherapy clinic at Opera House, Mumbai. Our tagline is our philosophy: movement, balance and you at the centre of the plan.

Philosophy

Movement. Balance. You.

Good physiotherapy is personal. The same pain can have different causes in different people, so we begin with you, not a template.

We combine careful assessment with skilled hands-on therapy and guided exercise, and we take the time to explain each step. Our aim is a plan that feels understandable, realistic and possible to follow.

Our approach

Three things we stand by.

Assessment first

We look closely before we treat. Your history, posture and movement guide every decision, not a standard routine.

Hands-on care

Skilled manual therapy is a core part of how we work, alongside exercise matched to your body and your day.

Education

We explain what we find and why, so you leave each visit understanding your plan and confident to follow it.

Why posture matters

Small habits, big effect.

We spend long hours sitting, looking at screens and repeating the same movements. Over time these habits can load the neck, shoulders and back and leave them feeling stiff or sore.

Posture is not about holding one “perfect” position. It is about having comfortable options, moving regularly and building the strength to support the things you do every day. Understanding your own patterns is often the first step.

How we treat

From first visit to forward.

  1. We listen

Your story comes first: what hurts, what has changed and what you want to get back to.

  2. We assess

A careful physical assessment of posture, movement and the area of concern.

  3. We explain

In plain language: what we found, what it may mean and the options in front of you.

  4. We treat

Hands-on therapy and guided exercise, adjusted visit by visit as you respond.

  5. We guide

Practical advice on habits, workstation and movement so progress carries into daily life.
